Meat Pie

Per pie: 1lb meat, one Granny Smith apple, some chopped onion, quarter cup sugar or more, some cinnamon, salt, and pepper. For more sour apple use more sugar, for sweeter apple use less, but always need some because it helps things stick together. Cook meat and apples and mix with sugar and spices and cook more to melt sugar before putting in pie crust. Don’t pre bake crust.
